and to literacy, an outstanding service, project or event.
Nominees will be judged by evidence
found within the application on the following
categories:
- Uniqueness and creativity
- Impact on the community (target audience; product
delivered to community; number of persons involved)
- Involvement of council members and members of Partner
group
- Ease of replication
